Libby is the adminstrator at Affiliated Cardiologists Heart Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She has more than 30 years experience in healthcare administration. That experience includes working as the credit manager for Abilene Regional Medical Center in Texas, as the business office manager for a Columbia HCA hospital in Phoenix, and as the human resources director for Affiliated Cardiologists of Arizona (private practice) before it became the heart center. She attended Angelina Junior College in Lufkin, Texas. Libby is a member of the Arizona Medical Group Management Association and was nominated among the Outstanding Young Women of America. She is originally from Wichita Falls, Texas.
