Prescriptions

Please call your pharmacy if you need a refill of your medication(s). They will contact our office for any authorization needed. If you would like to call our office to request a refill, please have your pharmacy phone number ready, as well as the specific medication(s) name and dosage needed. Otherwise, please advise your provider of any medication(s) needing a refill during your office visit. Prescriptions are not refilled after hours, on weekends or holidays. Please plan ahead before you run out of your medication. Allow 72 hours for prescription requests to be completed.
